We set a date and time for a phone interview, but they did not call. I immediately followed up with an email, but received no response. They should have at least responded as a courtesy to explain why they didn't show up for the interview.

First, I had a technical phone interview. Second, I was given an application to debug and make sure all the test cases passed, with some code refactoring. Onsite: I had a couple of interviews onsite, mainly focused on coding challenges.

I applied to the job posting on LinkedIn and received an email the next day to set up a technical screen. It was a typical senior-level software engineering interview process, involving a technical phone screen followed by on-site technical, design,
