The process began with a phone screen. The interviewer asked a variety of Object-Oriented questions and a few Java questions. We also chatted about the company and what I was looking for in a position. The interviewer was the lead/manager of the team

We set a date and time for a phone interview, but they did not call. I immediately followed up with an email, but received no response. They should have at least responded as a courtesy to explain why they didn't show up for the interview.
