Very low bar, to the point that you'd be frustrated for not being allowed to contribute or not being encouraged to solve certain technically complex challenges.
Internal politics within the team: Almost no-one has any idea of what is going on at a technical level, yet a lot of surface-level showboating occurs. (This actually helps you achieve monetary growth, in this particular team at least.) If you can kiss up, you'll be considered an excellent candidate, and your manager will make sure you get good visibility irrespective of your technical/domain knowledge.
One cannot directly disagree with their seniors here. Even though they might be wrong at some point, you will have to wait for the senior to realize it himself and take action.
But people often are willing to take these bargains in exchange for the WLB and perks. So, there you go.
None, since it doesn't really matter.
Round 1 - Interview with Hiring Manager: General questions on different fields: * Kubernetes * Ansible * Terraform * Databases Round 2 - Technical Interview: Technical questions on different fields: * Docker * Kubernetes * Ansible
The interview process at ServiceNow Hyderabad for a front-end (JavaScript) role took two weeks. I interviewed in January 2021. The interview process consisted of five completely technical rounds: * **L1:** Started with a coding challenge featurin
This was not up to expectation. Feedback was never shared, even after multiple follow-ups. The interview itself was not difficult, and the questions were good. However, feedback should have been shared.
