Provides great perks (health insurance) and competitive base and bonus. P4 leadership and specifically the current CEO, Bill McDermott, is doing really well. ServiceNow has a low-code/no-code platform for customers to automate their processes and build enterprise applications on it.
- Uses the older tech stack, and technical leadership does not have any motivation to use newer technologies.
- Leadership believes in a scale-up approach instead of a scale-out solution.
- Existing employees do not get much equity refresher annually.
