I would like to bring to your attention some of the challenges we face while working with teams across different time zones on a daily basis. The need for constant coordination, reviews, and adjustments inherently slows down progress. However, our deadlines and deliverables remain unchanged, which places additional strain on the team.
For those of us with families, this situation can impact our work-life balance, as we often need to extend our working hours to accommodate time zone differences and collaboration needs.
I believe that addressing these challenges will be key to improving both productivity and employee well-being. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss potential solutions, such as more flexible scheduling, clearer expectations around asynchronous work, or adjusted timelines, to better align with the realities of global collaboration.
Thank you for considering this matter, and I look forward to exploring ways we can enhance efficiency while maintaining balance.
