Boring but complex
ServiceNow's core business is boring but complex. This is absolutely a positive statement. For a medium-sized company, experiences will vary between teams. My team has empathetic leadership. My overall experience has been positive. I've been given plenty of autonomy in my position and am able to have plenty of impact. Excellent CEO, who bodes well for the medium-term health of the company.
ServiceNow's tech stack and internal tooling are questionable. As the company has grown, politicking has increased. The stock has tanked as fast as it rose, but this is hardly unique to ServiceNow. It has found its value and shows plenty of stability.
