The interview had five stages:

• Recruiter introduction
• First coding challenge
• Second coding challenge
• System design exercise
• Behavioral interview with prospective team.

Despite there being a pretty decent number of interviews, the process was not too onerous, and I never had to wait long to proceed from one step to the next.

Without getting into specifics, I can say that the exercises were all practical and realistic, rather than LeetCode-style algorithm questions.
