Full day of pair programming, whiteboard exercises, and "life story" interviews.

Lunch with prospective colleagues.

Thorough and informative. They got a very clear picture of my skills and working style. Dev exercises are collaborative and not meant to trip you up. I got a very clear picture of the corporate culture, development approach, and mentorship.

Wasn't the right fit, but left me with a high opinion of the company.

Pros: My team was really nice and very chill. I loved the work and my direct team. The pay was pretty good, and the benefits were good too.

Cons: The CEO was too involved and micromanaged many areas. The CEO also said after the first wave of layoffs that it would be the last one, and then an even bigger layoff came.
