Process
Mini Project => Life Story => 2 Technicals back to back.
The last part is pretty hard. Know your syntax.
Some interviewers are helpful and give hints along the way. Others don't. Just depends on who you get, I guess.

Great impact, less career progression opportunities
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Berlin, Berlin, Germany
February 13, 2023
Pros: - I was able to switch to a team delivering products of very high impact.
- Ability to take ownership quickly (I led my first project 3 months in).
- Very talented team.
- Few meetings.
Cons: All remote, so I was not able to build relationships with nearly any of my colleagues, and none from other departments.
Having been a senior before, I did not appreciate that I was put in the mid-level bucket. Although I took senior-level responsibilities (onboarding a team, architecture planning, coaching, hiring, company-wide presentations), I was not given a timeline towards a potential promotion back to the senior level.
