About two weeks after I applied online, I received an email with a link to schedule a phone interview. I promptly scheduled the interview and answered the email, but I didn't receive a response.
On the scheduled time for the interview, I was ready and waiting, but the recruiter didn't show up online. After a few minutes, I emailed the recruiter with my contact information again to ensure no mistake had occurred. About half an hour after the scheduled time, I received an email apologizing and offering some alternative time options for the interview. I replied with the times that were viable for me and stated I could still have the interview at that time. A few minutes later, I received a notification that an event had been set on Google Calendar for the interview. My email, however, was not answered.
The interview then effectively took place at the new time that was scheduled, which was last week. It was a really pleasant talk. At the end, the recruiter gave me an overview of the next steps and said I would get feedback by the end of the week. Well, that didn't happen.
On the following Monday, I sent an email asking if there were any updates about my application. Once again, I received no answer and haven't heard back from the recruiter since. It has been over a week since I was supposed to get an answer, and I haven't even received a response to my email.
