Pros: Worked with some great people. Learned about large-scale software deployment.
Cons: Self-involved CEO that puts out monthly "town halls" that consist of nothing but him being interviewed by his direct reports, stroking his ego. Senior leadership doesn't care about hiring and firing thousands of people. The COO said, one month before I was laid off, there will be no more layoffs. These things aren't just decided with a day's notice.

Pros: Great technical problems in many different areas.
Cons: Only remote for the foreseeable future; it would be nice to get back to an office.
Top-down leadership sometimes causes things to slow down and projects to burn and crash.
