Process
I had a Zoom call with a recruiter. The call was scheduled for an hour, but I ended it early.
We went over my "life story," where you detail your resume. After that, I had a chance to ask questions. The interviewer responded to my questions by relating them to organizational values.
Overall, the process felt like a bad date, and the conversation was robotic. I'm a free-thinker and opinionated, so I don't think there was a culture fit.
