To filter applicants, they started with a code challenge, followed by a "Life Story" interview. These interviews were 1 hour each and validated that I could write code and would be a decent culture fit.
Following these interviews, I had 3.5 hours of additional interviews:
- Technical code challenge
- Technical architecture planning
- Technical deep dive.
Questions
The first interview involved a code challenge.
The second interview was a life story.
The third interview was a harder technical challenge, and I was given 90 minutes.
The fourth interview was a technical deep dive.
The final interview was a discussion on architecture.
