Process
The interview process was refreshing compared to others I've experienced. You're actually talking to them, not just reciting your resume in a conversational form.
The recruiter listened and asked follow-up questions, not just reading off a script.
Everyone I talked to seemed very nice and courteous overall.
The only minor downside is that the process takes longer than at other companies (three months from applying).
Questions
There were no coding challenges, but the technical interviews talked about explaining a concept or problem to one of the engineers.
