Applied and completed an online coding challenge, and was called in for a life story interview. The life story interview was a phone call/share screen type of process.

Questions

The life story interview was basically a "get to know you" session about your past.

It's detrimental to the long-term development of the company. Benefits had been diminished since going "digital by default" (working remotely forever). The latest massive layoffs were handled very amateurishly. Good luck to those who were spared; it would be a heck of a job trying to pick up the work after all the good developers were let go.
