Pros: I worked in APAC, and the people I worked with are the best teammates I have ever worked with.
Highly competent, very friendly, and always ready to help.
Cons: As the org grew, the project focus changed many times, which caused confusion and frequent alignment meetings. Other than that, it's great.

They'd rather lay off an entire team than fire one employee

Pros: Careful. If your manager is incompetent, you might be the first to fall.
Cons: See pros. There were a lot of insiders hogging interesting projects going on.
