The interview was very chill. The interviewer explained they wouldn't follow the normal procedure that other companies typically use, such as asking about strengths and weaknesses.
My advice would be to just be yourself. It felt like a casual chat with a friend over Skype.

Pros: High salary, fast-paced environment.
Cons: It's easy to get burnt out at Shopify. The CEO exercises too much control over projects. Shopify also only really cares about their bottom line and will straight up say they don’t really care about employees as long as making a profit is prioritized.
