Pros: Remote work.
Destination 90. Nice laptop, which you have to return if laid off!
Cons: Feeling like you work in a coffee shop (not in a software company).
You have to be lucky to land on a good team; otherwise, you might have to deal with childish behavior and gaslighting.
Childish behavior includes no humility and no psychological safety in a team.
I believe that the leading team got it completely wrong and they are not aware of the 20/80 rule.
So, they run the people for doing stuff which does not matter.
