I joined the Shopify engineering community on LinkedIn.
In September 2020, a recruiter reached out to me, asking if I was interested in learning more about Shopify engineering opportunities. I had two rounds of interviews.
The first was the CoderPad challenge, where a Shopify engineer watched as I completed a fairly straightforward programming challenge. A few days later, I was contacted for the second round, which entailed describing my career life story.
I did not make it past the second round of interviews.
