I received a few emails directly about the first round: Pair Programming. I had not had a recruiter call yet. First, I had to complete a behavioral assessment (Agree/Disagree questions) after reading about the company values and acknowledging them.

I applied through the website and received an email. I was then referred to another related role that they thought I'd fit for my experience. My first call was with a recruiter to learn more about me and get started; this lasted 30 minutes. Next we

3 technical interviews: * 1 basic challenge * 1 LeetCode challenge-style (both with pair programming format, in the programming language that you choose) * 1 systems design 1 deep dive, and 1 with HR.
