They asked for attending an online coding exercise, pairing with one of their engineers. This seemed unusual, as it was done before even a brief introductory phone screening.

The coding exercise itself was actually enjoyable, and the engineer was pleasant to talk to.

After ten days, I had to write to the recruiter to explicitly ask for the outcome. Their reply felt as if I were bothering them.

This was the worst experience ever. If this is how their recruiting process works, I can only imagine the rest.
