Pros: * They offered a competitive salary
* Fully remote
* Unlimited vacation
Cons: The work culture was awful. People were really not the best to work with.
It was full of people full of themselves and not the best at propagating information. Even when directly asked, it was always an air of 'look it up' instead of being helpful.
Had to intervene and escalate due an engineer being racist to another engineer.
Had my first ever need to raise my voice at work as someone was being aggressive with me and not respectful.
The codebase is kind of a disaster.
It took away my enjoyment of coding.
