First, if you are US-based, don't waste your time going through the process. It looks like you'll just be meeting their quota for US-based candidates; they will hire a candidate from Canada anyway.

A tech screening took an hour and was an easy sorting question. A "life story" interview was successfully passed.
There were three on-site interviews, all of which were easy:
- Two HTML, JS, and CSS questions.
- One tech deep dive interview, which involved a walkthrough of your previous projects.
Everything went smoothly, and all problems were solved. However, three days later, I received an email saying they were not moving forward.

There were very little incentives to actually get along with your coworkers versus outcompeting them.
