Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter the following day to set up a "life story interview" with a different recruiter later in the week.
The "life story interview" was a joke. The recruiter wanted the story of my career in chronological order and asked questions to steer things in that format, but then decided I was unworthy and cut the call short before we actually got to my more recent relevant experience.
It's a bummer, because this otherwise seemed like it could have been a cool place to work. I guess if you have a more linear and conventional career history, you might have better luck with the "life story interview." It just seems like the format is completely backwards.
