Cons: Things change a lot. There is pretty much one way of doing things, which can mean you sometimes feel restricted when it comes to tech decisions.

Pros: Brilliant people, amazing offices (before COVID), good compensation.
I joined the company when it still had only 2k employees and felt indeed like a rocket ship launching into space. This job definitely changed my life for the better.
Cons: Going remote changed the vibe of the company, and it wasn't my cup of tea.
