There are 5 interviews in total, which might seem like a lot, but the process is quite reasonable. The interviews are:

• Screening interview with a recruiter
• "Life story" interview. This is an interesting interview format that I haven't seen at other companies. Basically, you discuss your life in general and your background with a recruiter for about 1 hour.
• Implementation: A (relatively) easy programming question, done via Coderpad. This is mostly for filtering out candidates.
• Systems design
• Technical deep dive: You present a project you've worked on in the past. A good chance to show off your impact.
• Pair programming: A 1 hour 30 minute pair programming session. You are presented with a programming problem and you pair with the interviewer to solve it. Again, nothing very difficult.

As I explained before, the questions in general are quite reasonable; they don't ask obscure stuff.

I'd recommend some practice, but don't sweat it. You don't need to train for two months on LeetCode.
