- Bait employees to stay with broken promises of salary adjustments.
- Rescind intern offers.
- Fire employees secretly behind the scenes, citing performance reasons, including those with positive impact reviews.
- Has heavy moderation in all internal communication tools and threatens employees with various retaliations when they speak up.
- Threatens employees with a push for a 996 work culture.
