Great company, full of very smart people
My experience as an engineer has been comparable with the one I had working for Google. That is, there are lots of perks and the company is very engineer-centric.
They really care about you as a person. From the top-of-the-line development machines to ergonomic chairs, you can expense anything related to your personal development.
Lots of perks. Work/life balance is great as well.
- Fully remote. Although for some people this is a huge benefit, personally I like to be around other people. The company organizes events every now and then so that people can meet in person.
- The codebase is a bit hard to follow due to a lack of comments and documentation.
