Process
Interview process included:
- Stage 1: CV shortlist
- Stage 2: Logical and behavioral Aptitude Test
- Stage 3: Video interview with 3 general questions
- Stage 4: Technical interview including a presentation on a pre-decided topic. This was a one-hour interview where I gave my presentation for 15 minutes, then they questioned me on the presentation for another 15 minutes. The last half hour was spent on questions related to my CV and skills.

Pros: Best company I have worked for. Always encouraging personal development and will compensate for that through learning. Flexible working, management are approachable. All in all, a great place to work.
Cons: The only downside is that the pay is not really competitive.
Yearly increases are very minimal. To get what you deserve in the market, you have to find a new job and force through a pay rise. Otherwise, you will be fobbed off with "market conditions blah blah blah."
