Process
Most unprofessional recruiter I have come across. We had a 30-minute phone screen, and the recruiter said she'd have an update in 5 days. It has been 4 weeks, and I still haven't gotten a response from the recruiter, despite sending her 4-5 follow-up emails. Rejecting a candidate is totally fine, but one should value people's time and provide them that information. After all, it won't take much time to send a note that they are not considering a candidate for further rounds.
