We were flown into Orlando, FL.
The first day consisted of presentations about the program and what it was like to be an EIT. This was followed by a tour of their plant, then dinner and a social gathering with the interviewers.
The interviews took place the next day. Two of them were technical, conducted with senior employees, and one was with HR.
