I applied for the job online. Several weeks later, a recruiter contacted me about another opening and told me to apply.
After applying, I informed the recruiter and was set up for an interview. The interview was in the morning and was conducted by two other engineers I would be working with. The interview was pretty relaxed, with some behavioral questions and a few technical questions involving wind turbines.
