Managers are very qualified and very kind. They don't try to force anything about work.
Great people to work with.
Professional working environment.
Lovely campus in Istanbul (not just a floor in a skyscraper, but a real campus with even a full-size gym).
Great social events. I had 2 real festivals and a 2-day vacation to a 5-star hotel in Izmir.
Lots of benefits. i.e., you can get a phone (iPhone 13 or similar).
Inflation raise every 3 months.
Sodexo.
Cons: I just wish we had more food payment for Sodexo. It's like 60 TL now.
