All people I work with are geniuses.
Managers are very qualified and very kind. They don't try to force anything about work.
Great people to work with.
Professional working environment.
Lovely campus in Istanbul (not just a floor in a skyscraper, but a real campus with even a full-size gym).
Great social events. I had 2 real festivals and a 2-day vacation to a 5-star hotel in Izmir.
Lots of benefits. i.e., you can get a phone (iPhone 13 or similar).
Inflation raise every 3 months.
Sodexo.
I just wish we had more food payment for Sodexo. It's like 60 TL now.
Keep everything same :)
