The interview was conducted in three steps.
- The first step was an aptitude test.
- After passing the aptitude test, candidates had to undergo two interviews.
- The first interview was a technical interview.
- The second interview was an HR interview.
I have given many interviews before, but the Siemens interview panel was by far the best. I say this on behalf of all students.
