Pros: Highly knowledgeable co-workers. Siemens tends to be picky in its candidates, and I've only ever seen them hire highly competent people.
Siemens understands work-life balance. Sure, there will be stressful times, that comes with the nature of engineering work, but you put in your 40 hours a week and go home. The amount of vacation days they give is quite excellent as well.
Cons: Pay is somewhat below the industry average, but I'd say it's cancelled out by allowing for much better work-life balance (see Pros).
