Pros: Very interesting tasks.
Work closely with US and Indian partners.
Varied responsibilities.
Got extensive support and time to finish critical tasks.
Cons: 20 years of waterfall, and counting.
No real team structure aside from a PM.
Working with the US means meetings at 16:00 - 17:00 that tend to spill into the evening.
