Interview time was not flexible. I was not able to choose the time, nor was I able to change it, although it was hard for me to plan accordingly. One hour and two people were at the interview. It was a standard interview, but the "know-how" questions about the job I applied for were too detailed. Of course, I was not able to give the best answers. After two to three weeks, I got the rejection. I responded with my thanks and asked for feedback to learn from the experience, but no answer came. It's a very technical department, but overall, the interview should have been more friendly.
Case study: A completed part was given, and I was asked what the costs are to assemble this part.
