It’s an all-in-one type of interview; very technical, very intensive. The interviewers were very cold and poker-faced. I got to know the people after the interview, and they are actually quite friendly :)

Pros: - Full remote work
- Access to learning platforms
Cons: In terms of benefits, it can be improved.
* No reimbursement for sports activities (such as money for the gym).
* Their internal projects are usually old, started 5-10 or more years ago, and upgrading them is a pain.
* It depends on the project, but usually the management or colleagues that have a few years in the company don't have a very open-minded perception about improvement.
* There are a lot of internal procedures that can be time-consuming. (In terms of hours worked, there are three separate tools that are used for that.)
