- As the projects run for very, very long here, the technologies used may not be the latest. Some projects may be in maintenance, and there isn't much to learn in terms of a learning curve; that pretty much remains low.
- Staying long will make you lazy and take you well below market expectations, both in terms of technology and compensation.
