Process
There were two rounds: a technical round and a manager round. The interview was organized on September 28, 2019.
I performed well in both rounds. The manager said that he expected me to join soon.
However, there has been no communication since then. I believe they might be conducting interviews as part of a process and may not need any candidates. The organizer does not respond to our emails.
We can judge a company based on its interview process. It is unethical to waste candidates' time.
