They called 23 people stating they would schedule an interview. There wasn’t any interview panel. Wow, they made us wait though, from 9:30 AM.
The HR person conducted the technical interview and later said, "We will let you know."
You guys really need to scrap your hiring team. They ruined a day for 23 mobile developers.

Cons: - UK staff are seen as disposable and treated as such.
- Management are not willing to listen to team views.
- Management have no clue what to do.
- Too much focus on being first and not being the best.
- Lack of processes.
- Mislead about career progression.
- Overworked and undervalued.
- Not willing to invest in individuals.

Pros: This is a very good place to work.
Culture is also very good.
The teams are healthy.
Cons: Here is the but part. There is no freedom for the developer. Most of the times, the developer has no say in what is being developed. They are just asked to write classes. Innovative ideas are not welcome.

Pros: Big, wealthy, and lots of opportunities in different fields of business.
Cons: Too large to understand what the company is doing, where it is going, and in general, you feel kinda lost.
