I was interviewed at Siemens. I was informed about the interview and the panel involved two people from the UK: a team lead and a Java Developer engineer.
The position was for a Core Java Developer, and I had experience in Core Java, along with Spring and some front-end work using React and Node.
They asked me several non-technical questions:
They told me that I worked on front-end, back-end, and other stuff, but we only have back-end to offer in this role. I said okay because I am more inclined towards Java and the work seems quite interesting to me.
But somehow, I was judged on the above questions and didn't move to any further interview. Maybe because I worked on the front-end a little bit, that's the reason I wasn't proceeded with! But what about me? I wanted to work on Java back-end :(
All formal questions for team fitment.
