The interview was scheduled. Before the interview, multiple follow-ups were made, such as checking if I would be attending.
Post-interview, no feedback was given. Overall, I had to keep following up for a month, after which I decided it wasn't worth the effort.
I called HR multiple times with no response. I tried reaching another HR representative, but she didn't pick up either. Then, a week later, I tried again for feedback. She said she would let me know, but again, there was no response.
When I tried again after five or six days, asking for feedback, the HR gave a blunt response: "WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR FEEDBACK. MAYBE YOU ARE NOT SELECTED, THAT'S WHY NO FEEDBACK IS GIVEN."
I don't understand why they conduct interviews and waste candidates' time when they cannot provide positive or negative feedback.
