Software Developer Interview Experience - Brazil

Process

I was invited by an external consulting service.

There were two rounds with Siemens. One was local, with the manager of the team here in Brazil. It was a nice interview; he asked me some questions about the technologies for the role.

Thereafter, there was an interview with a leader of the global team in the USA. It was very disrespectful. The interviewer was not interested in my profile, nor in the interview itself. When he asked me to tell a little about my career, he was paying attention to his phone or another screen; he was not listening.

He asked me questions that were not related to the technical skills of the role description. We had one hour for the interview, but its duration was shorter than 30 minutes. His behavior was arrogant.
