I had applied for this position and was contacted by Lindsay Cheveldayoff (Office Coordinator, Siemens EDA Saskatoon), who asked for my sample best code with a transcript to schedule an interview. I sent a few details, and then was ghosted.

I sent follow-ups and called the number, but received no response. I also emailed the Siemens hiring team about this HR unprofessionalism, but received no reply.

This is not expected from a top-tier MNC. I would advise sharing your code only during a live interview to maintain its integrity.
