The technical and HR meetings were scheduled at the same time and lasted about an hour. The general questions were asked in a relaxed atmosphere, making it a nice, enjoyable, and useful experience for me. There were no problems at all during the entire interview process.

Pros: Good experience and learning in solution development for energy utilities.
Cons: No meritocracy, no feedback culture, competitive environment.

Pros: Work-life balance - The company fully supports work-life balance.
Food - The food in the cafeteria is too good and at a negligible cost.
Transport facilities.
Cons: Siemens is no longer the brand it used to be.
With the firing of many employees in 2019 and continuing the same in 2020, it is totally going downwards.
Hikes have been reduced in the recent year, and they have also removed the bonus.
Technologies are old. Mostly you will get to work on legacy Windows applications which are built on Siemens' own framework. So you cannot learn much from that.

Pros: Easy interview. Visa sponsorship. People are nice. Location is convenient. The pay cannot be compared with the West Coast, but it is competitive in the Mideast area.
Cons: Giant company. The pace is really slow. The technology is old. Few young employees there.
