Software Development Engineer Interview Experience - Manipal, India
Process
We had an online test which had around 30-40 medium aptitude questions. We were 35 in total, out of which only 17 were selected for the technical interview.
After the technical interview, 10 were rejected, and only 7 were left; I was one of them. Then we had the HR round.
The cutoff for this company was 6 CGPA. However, during the HR round, the HR directly stated that Siemens recruits students with only CGPA above 7. This should have been mentioned before the online test or at least during the technical interview.
The HR then selected only two guys out of the 7 whose CGPA was above 7.5. I hadn't expected this from a company of such caliber.
