First, they sent a HackerEarth link to complete some code and multiple-choice questions. After successful completion of the exam, there were three technical rounds, one managerial round, and one HR round. The recruitment process was very fast and smooth. Very good experience.

Cons: HR is utterly inept at doing anything.
They recently fired a lot of the Verification people, and that work passed to the Software People.
There is zero focus on the long term, only the next release.
