Pros: 1. Work culture is good, with no excessive workload and a good work-life balance. This can differ from team to team.
2. The company takes good care of its employees.
3. There are flexible timings and no time monitoring.
Cons: 1. It's not necessary that if a company is good, then all employees are good. Here, employees means the people that we are working with.
2. Because of bad colleagues, i.e., seniors and managers, one may think of switching jobs.
3. The annual hike is not good.
4. Too much money is wasted on technical trainings. I said 'waste' money because the trainers are not that worthy. Instead, ask your employees to take online trainings whenever required.
